It's January and I'm hoping that the sun's rays to warm more and to see along the roads near streams or small flowers with their beautiful colors.

In all cultures around the world, from the known historical records, the flowers have provided emotional information between humans.
In ancient times the flowers were not only considered a source of pleasure for the gods and men and inspiration for artists and poets, but who possessed mystical meaning of cosmic significance.

Apart from its beauty, religious symbolism and its association with power, the flowers have also been used as a means of communication.

At present, it is expected that flowers convey sympathy, contrition or guilt, romance or sexual advances and holding, from pride to joy.

Although from a superficial analysis can be said that flowers are desirable to humans from learned associations with social events, the universality of the use of flowers through different cultures, historical periods and the absence of an adequate substitute for the many uses we make of them, suggests that there must be something more than this simple association. In fact, more than 5,000 years, humans have cultivated flowers although there is no known reward for this behavior costly in terms of work and energy involved to do it.
